Exercise equipment for easy fitness 

1. gripper Mainly exercises brachioradialis. Suitable for women whose forearms are too slender and weak. 

Training method

Take a standing position with feet shoulder-width apart, arms raised flat in front, and squeeze hard with both hands at the same time. Each set of 15 reps, do 3 sets. Note: When using the equipment to exert force, 5 fingers are required to exert force at the same time, so as to avoid the scattered force of the thumb and the other 4 fingers. 

2. Rally Exercise the chest and back. Enlarge breasts and correct hunchback caused by long-term sitting. 

Training method

 One type is with feet shoulder-width apart, hold the tensioner with both hands, tuck in the abdomen, and spread the force to both sides. The other is to raise the tensioner above your head, palm forward and exert force downward. Note: The strength of the tensioner can be adjusted by itself, and the training should be carried out gradually and according to one's ability. 

 

3.Dumbbells The function of dumbbells is mainly to enhance the muscle elasticity of various parts of the body, which is suitable for people who want to get body sculpting. 

Training method

 Holding dumbbells in hand, straight arms forward, side lifts, exercise shoulders and chest; sit-ups with dumbbells in both hands at the back of the neck, exercise abdomen; dorsiflexion and extension exercises, exercise back muscles. 

Note: To choose a dumbbell with a suitable weight, you generally need to choose a weight that is 65% to 85% of its own weight. Load is the maximum weight you can lift. Be careful not to speed too fast when doing exercises, with an interval of 2 to 3 minutes between each group.
